I do not have admitting privileges at the local hospitals. You would need to rely on the expertise of the hospitalist and any specialists that may need to provide your care while in the hospital setting. I may be able to assume your post hospital or surgical care upon discharge depending on your condition.
I do not accept patients for the pharmaceutical treatment of chronic pain requiring opiate pain medications. I do not prescribe controlled sedatives (benzodiazepines) for the treatment of chronic anxiety. I will not manage diabetics beyond basic oral hypoglycemic agents.
That is up to you. PMCC is not an insurance plan. I recommend that members continue to maintain at least some levels of health insurance to help with medications, imaging, specialist visits and hospitalizations. With that being said, having health insurance is NOT a requirement to be a member. Memberships can partner well with high deductible plans and healthcare sharing ministries.
PMCC maintains scrupulous standards of privacy. We are never obligated to provide any third party with a copy of your records unless you specifically ask that we do so.
You can cancel your membership at any time and there is no cancellation fee. I do request five business days notice to remove you from the automatic billing system of EFT payments. Registration fees and the first three months of membership are non-refundable. You may re-enroll at any time.
Costs are significantly cheaper than standard medical office fees. Most families will pay less in direct care membership costs than they would in traditional medical expenses despite any existing insurance they may have..
If you are experiencing a true medical emergency please call 911. Otherwise extreme illness may be referred to traditional urgent care or emergency departments at you local hospital.
Yes, coverage for a group of employees can be arranged. Please contact me directly through my contact page to arrange a discussion in this regard.

If you have insurance and prefer to utilize that for payment of labs then that can be pre-arranged. Imaging fees will be paid directly to the imaging

Routine prescriptions will be transmitted to the pharmacy of your choice and paid for by you. I would suggest utilizing the drug discounting GoodRX app which you can download on your phone. Specialty pharmaceuticals through compounding pharmacies will be billed to you through PMCC with your prior approval.
